Capital Digestive Care is pleased to announce the addition of Jeffrey Y. Kim, MD to the practice. Dr. Kim specializes in a vast range of digestive diseases with a special interest in GERD, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, and eosinophilic esophagitis, among others. A Maryland native, Dr. Kim received his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Maryland College Park and went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine. He then continued his training at Drexel University College of Medicine before returning to the DC area to pursue his gastroenterology fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital.
Dr. Kim is dedicated to establishing strong communication with his patients to ensure a high level of understanding and care for everyone. In his words, his approach to patient care is, “team oriented, goal-directed, and compassionate.” Dr. Kim will be seeing patients in our Rockville location.
