Capital Digestive Care is announcing a new location to serve residents in Frederick, MD. Doctors Faisal Bhinder, Mark Birns, Mark Gloger, Anna Strongin, and Victor Witten began seeing patients this month at 56 Thomas Johnson Drive. The group first expanded operations from Rockville to Ijamsville in 2011. As the practice has grown, they have recognized a need to reach patients who live closer to West Virginia and northern areas of Frederick County.
The group recently welcomed Anna Strongin, MD, a highly-trained internist and gastroenterologist who comes to Capital Digestive Care as a third-generation physician. Reaching out to patients is a top priority and Capital Digestive Care’s team will host a booth at the upcoming Frederick Community Health Fair. That event takes place October 28th on the Frederick County Fairgrounds.
The opening of the Frederick office brings the group’s number of locations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area to 17. This is in addition to 13 hospital affiliations and 8 ambulatory surgery centers.
