FAQs
Do you only care for digestive health patients?
No — we now treat skin and joint conditions too. Patients love how easy and comfortable our centers are, so we opened them up to more people.
How do I make an appointment?
Call us at either number listed above or ask your doctor to send a referral. Our team will help set everything up, including working with your insurance.
How soon can I start?
We move fast. You don’t need to see one of our doctors first. One of our nurse practitioners or physician assistants can see you in just a few days — either in person or through a video visit (telehealth) based on both patient and insurance company preference.
Why do I need to see your provider before my infusion?
Even if another doctor referred you to us, we still need to have a first visit with you to:
- Review your medical history
- Make sure all labs and paperwork are in place for insurance approval
- Safely plan your infusion treatment
You can have this visit in person or by video (telehealth). Whatever works best for you!
Will my insurance cover it?
Will my doctor get updates?
Can I have a friend or family member come with me to infusions?
Are there any weight limits for getting an infusion?
