Dr. Raza is a board-certified, fellowship-trained gastroenterologist who prides himself on being a gastroenterology generalist who can treat all kinds of GI issues. He aims to make sure all his patients feel safe, supported, and know that their concerns are valid. Creating that kind of space for patients helps Dr. Raza get to the bottom of what’s really bothering them.
Dr. Raza is comfortable with most problems under the GI umbrella, including but not limited to irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel diseases, liver and pancreas diseases, and motility disorders. He also performs standard GI procedures. In addition to English, Dr. Raza speaks Urdu/Hindi. During his medical training, he won several awards for excellence in teaching other medical trainees.
Outside the office, Dr. Raza is a busy father of two. His wife is a physician, and they enjoy hiking throughout the United States together. Dr. Raza is also an avid runner and cyclist who enjoys cooking and trying new recipes. A native of Oklahoma, Dr. Raza knows the title song to the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical Oklahoma by heart.
