Dr. Michael Eiswerth is a gastroenterologist with specialized expertise in liver disease and transplant hepatology. He treats a wide range of digestive conditions and is passionate about colon cancer screening and prevention, helping patients protect their long-term digestive health.

Dr. Eiswerth takes a team-based, patient-centered approach to care. He believes patients should play an active role in their healthcare decisions and works closely with them to develop treatment plans that align with their goals. He takes the time to get to know each patient as an individual and strives to create a supportive partnership throughout their healthcare journey.

In addition to his gastroenterology training, Dr. Eiswerth completed advanced fellowship training in transplant hepatology, providing additional expertise in the diagnosis and management of liver diseases. Outside of the office, Dr. Eiswerth enjoys spending time with his wife, Courtney, their young son, and their two miniature Australian shepherds. He enjoys hiking, golfing, running, and cheering on his hometown Cleveland sports teams.
