•Once your grievance is received:

•Kevin Harlen will contact you within two business days.

•Capital Digestive Care will conduct an investigation.

•The results of our investigation will be shared with you within 10 business days after the grievance complaint was received.

•Additional action will be determined based on the outcome of the investigation.

Holiday Office Closures

Capital Digestive Care office locations will be closed Monday, January 18th in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Most locations will reopen on Tuesday. Our Washington, DC office will be closed for security reasons and will reopen on Thursday 1/21.
