Biography

A practicing physician since 1982, Dr. Chasen particularly enjoys the clinical practice of Gastroenterology because it has allowed him to develop long-term relationships with his patients.

In addition to his clinical practice, he has served as Chief of Medicine and Assistant Chief of Medicine at Laurel Regional Hospital and Washington Adventist Hospital. He was also the founder and Principal Investigator of the Maryland Digestive Disease research program where, along with his partners, he performed over 100 research trials for new therapies for Gastrointestinal and Liver disorders.
